Boyer's light roast coffees are roasted for a shorter period of time, resulting in a milder flavor. The beans are not allowed to get too dark during the roasting process, keeping the flavor of the coffee beans more subtle. Crafted light roast coffee is typically lower in acidity and bitterness, with a slightly sweet and sometimes nutty flavor.
