Coffee Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if you experience an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a quality concern—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Merchandise & Equipment Returns

Unused, unopened items (such as brewing equipment and accessories) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
